Founded in 2020, during the uncertain times of the global COVID 19 pandemic, Lodgepole Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), was created with the goal of providing exceptional medical marketing and sales solutions to our Partners. With over 100 years of U.S. Army, Marines, and Special Operations experience as well as over 45 years' experience in the life sciences, medical device and pharmaceutical spaces, Lodgepole Solutions and our global network of partners are uniquely suited to get you what you need, when you need it.

Kristoffer Barriteau

CEO and Founder

Kristoffer Barriteau is the CEO and founder of Lodgepole Solutions, a federally and NY State certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small business. Kristoffer leads an exceptional executive team that collectively pulls from a combined 45+ years of established global successes developing, launching, and distributing lifesaving products within the medical and life science marketplace as well as over 100 years of combined service in the U.S. Army, Air Force, Marines and Special Operations communities.

 

Prior to founding Lodgepole Solutions, Kristoffer served 25 honorable years in the United States Army. He started his career as a Military Police Officer and retired as a Special Forces – Green Beret – Lieutenant Colonel. Kristoffer has had the honor of leading elite Special Operations Forces from the U.S., Estonia, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Iraq, and Afghanistan during his many combat deployments overseas. Kristoffer has been awarded 4 Bronze Stars, Valor awards, and numerous other military recognitions.

 

Kristoffer is an experienced project manager and an expert in strategic and operational planning and execution. He spent a quarter century solving complex problems, managing resources and substantial budgets, and building relationships while leading Special Operations Organizations. Kristoffer concluded his military career as the Director of Mission Support for the United States Special Operations Command.

 

Kristoffer holds a MS in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Deon Norris

CFO

Deon Norris brings over a decade of experience assisting the U.S. Government, Small Businesses, Fortune 500 companies and Non-Profit Organizations in accounting, audit, internal controls, process improvement and tax related matters. He oversaw budgets upwards of $30 billion, formulated and implemented critical financial strategies, and built relationships with key stakeholders and leaders. With his rare blend of accounting, finance and tax knowledge, Deon has established himself as a future leader in the finance industry. He has experience with the Big 4 audit and accounting firms to include Deloitte and KPMG.


Brice Riemenschneider

CIO

Brice Riemenschneider is a proven leader with over 22 years’ experience in military planning and operations, as well as multiple years’ experience in leading and developing software applications. For over 15 years, Brice served as the Special Operations Command Europe Deputy Future Operations Officer and senior Special Operations Planner.

 

Brice, a Marine Corp Veteran, served 8 years as a Marine Infantry and Special Operations Officer, Platoon and Company Commander and Battalion Assistant Operations Officer. He holds A BSc from the University of Alberta, with Specialization in Computing Science including Industrial Internship Program.


Joann Griggs

Director of Government Contracting

For 30 years, Joann Griggs served as a Civilian U.S. Government Pharmacy Logistics Specialist. Joann is a government contracting expert and brings her decades of experience to the Lodgepole Solutions Government Relations team.

 

Joann is highly accomplished in the Pharmacy Logistics field and is well known for her support of deployed Airmen and global humanitarian missions. She possesses a wealth of knowledge on CONUS and OCONUS pharmacies and is a current member of the DHA TechSig board.
