Founded in 2020, during the uncertain times of the global COVID 19 pandemic, Lodgepole Solutions was created with the goal of providing ecologically safe, superior quality, and reliable cost-effective medical grade solutions to our clients. With over 100 years of U.S. Army, Marines, Air Force, and Special Operations experience as well as over 45 years' experience in the life sciences, medical device and pharmaceutical spaces, Lodgepole Solutions and our global network of partners are uniquely suited to get you what you need, when you need it.

Kristoffer Barriteau

CEO and Founder

Kristoffer Barriteau is the CEO and founder of Lodgepole Solutions, a federally and NY State certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small business. Kristoffer leads an exceptional executive team that collectively pulls from a combined 45+ years of established global successes developing, launching, and distributing lifesaving products within the medical and life science marketplace as well as over 100 years of combined service in the U.S. Army, Air Force, Marines and Special Operations communities.

 

Prior to founding Lodgepole Solutions, Kristoffer served 25 honorable years in the United States Army. He started his career as a Military Police Officer and retired as a Special Forces – Green Beret – Lieutenant Colonel. Kristoffer has had the honor of leading elite Special Operations Forces from the U.S., Estonia, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Iraq, and Afghanistan during his many combat deployments overseas. Kristoffer has been awarded 4 Bronze Stars, Valor awards, and numerous other military recognitions.

 

Kristoffer is an experienced project manager and an expert in strategic and operational planning and execution. He spent a quarter century solving complex problems, managing resources and substantial budgets, and building relationships while leading Special Operations Organizations. Kristoffer concluded his military career as the Director of Mission Support for the United States Special Operations Command.

 

Kristoffer holds a MS in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

    Paul Maccini

    Partner and Co-Founder

    For more than 30 years, Paul has been at the forefront of global initiatives positioning pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organizations to support significant growth, generating business in excess of $500MM with full P&L responsibilities. As a senior executive possessing a combination of vision and corporate realism, Paul has a track record of developing and executing Global Strategic Plans, including but not limited to commercial, manufacturing, regulatory and operations. Paul brings his executive experience from Amplity Health, DSM Biomedical, Sentynl Therapeutics, Ferring Pharmaceuticals Inc., Biovail Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and AstraZeneca.

    Deon Norris

    CFO

    Deon Norris brings over a decade of experience assisting the U.S. Government, Small Businesses, Fortune 500 companies and Non-Profit Organizations in accounting, audit, internal controls, process improvement and tax related matters. He oversaw budgets upwards of $30 billion, formulated and implemented critical financial strategies, and built relationships with key stakeholders and leaders. With his rare blend of accounting, finance and tax knowledge, Deon has established himself as a future leader in the finance industry. He has experience with the Big 4 audit and accounting firms to include Deloitte and KPMG.

    Brice Riemenschneider

    CIO

    Brice Riemenschneider is a proven leader with over 22 years’ experience in military planning and operations, as well as multiple years’ experience in leading and developing software applications. For over 15 years, Brice served as the Special Operations Command Europe Deputy Future Operations Officer and senior Special Operations Planner.

     

    Brice, a Marine Corp Veteran, served 8 yeas as a Marine Infantry and Special Operations Officer, Platoon and Company Commander and Battalion Assistant Operations Officer. He holds A BSc from the University of Alberta, with Specialization in Computing Science including Industrial Internship Program.

    Kati Goodman

    Sales Director

    Kati Goodman has over ten years of commercial strategy and field based sales experience within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.


    Her career has included product advertising and promotion, strategic brand communication planning and roll out, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationship management, healthcare professional and salesforce training and education.


    Kati thrives on building meaningful relationships with teammates and customers alike and excels with product education and training. Kati's number one priority is a commitment to representing quality products and providing exceptional customer service and care.

    Dr. HooShang Sheikhi

    RPh, MBA: Pharmacist

    Doctor Sheikhi has nearly 40 years' experience as a pharmacist, manager and director, at several major pharmacy systems across main campus facilities and satellite branches, including the Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth, and University Hospitals.


    Shang led the way in pharmaceutical marketing, implementation of various pharmacy informatic, electronic health record, and technology projects. He has extensive experience in hospital pharmacy operations for inpatient, outpatient, critical care, pediatric, cancer care, home infusion and emergency services.


    Dr. Sheikhi's earned an MBA - Healthcare Executive Management from Baldwin-Wallace College, and a BS -Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota.

    Joann Griggs

    Director of Government Contracting

    For 30 years, Joann Griggs served as a Civilian U.S. Government Pharmacy Logistics Specialist. Joann is a government contracting expert and brings her decades of experience to the Lodgepole Solutions Government Relations team.

     

    Joann is highly accomplished in the Pharmacy Logistics field and is well known for her support of deployed Airmen and global humanitarian missions. She possesses a wealth of knowledge on CONUS and OCONUS pharmacies and is a current member of the DHA TechSig board.

    Kayla Flint

    Director of Marketing

    Kayla Flynt has over eight years of sales and marketing experience primarily focused on the medical and insurance sectors. Her skill and knowledge of hospital and medical billing settings enable her to provide a fresh perspective on meeting the needs of those we serve. Kayla’s sharp business acumen, creativity, and commitment to quality uniquely qualify her to support Lodgepole Solutions’ mission of providing businesses with economically sound, ecologically safe medical grade solutions.
